So yah.. just uploaded 7 chocolate photos. For those of you that don't know, which is probably most of you, by trade I am a pastry chef. So back in September I attended a chocolate course in Switzerland and was fortunate enough to have a great setup for some nice shots. Hope you enjoy and I'd love any feedback! :)

So I joined this site years ago... however didn't even contribute for the first time until just a year or so ago. :oops: I've finally dug up some photos from this past fall when I was in Switzerland for training...
